Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase are used as a pain reliever, fever reduces and to reduce swelling, the side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation. Aceclofenac works by blocking the action of a substance in the body called cyclo-oxygenase. Paracetamol is well tolerated with much less adverse reactions. Long term regular use of Paracetamol increases the possibility of upper gastrointestinal issues such as stomach bleeding that can cause kidney or liver damage. Acetaminophen can be used to relieve several situations like headaches, tooth pains, colds, and fevers. Acetaminophen also has a few minor and major side effects. Acetaminophen is a non-prescription medication which is used as a soreness reliever and can easily be found at the pharmacy. Acetaminophen side effects that are serious include nausea, vomiting, sweating, diarrhea and yellow skin or eyes.

Serratiopeptidase is present in the silkworm intestine and allows the emerging moth to dissolve its cocoon. Serrapeptase has some clinical potential, however much more research is needed before we determine what clinical role this enzyme has in medicine. Paracetamol is often used in people who cannot take anti-inflammatory, as it is gentle on the stomach. Paracetamol used excessively damages multiple organs, particularly the liver and kidney where toxicity from paracetamol is not from the drug itself but from one of its metabolites, N-acetyl-p-benzoquinoneimine. Paracetamol hepatotoxicity is the most common cause of acute liver failure- one of the most dangerous side effects of paracetamol.

Reviews of Acelofenac and Paracetamol with Serrrtiopeptidase

Aceclofenac Paracetamol Serratiopeptidase is used to treat chronic pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, sprain, and back pain. Aceclofenac Paracetamol Serratiopeptidase can cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. ACP Tablets 10 mg are pale yellow in colour and contain Acepromazine Maleate BP equivalent to 10 mg acepromazine base. ACP Tablets 25 mg are pale yellow in colour and contain Acepromazine Maleate BP equivalent to 25 mg acepromazine base. Aceclofenac has higher anti-inflammatory action than conventional NSAIDs. It is a cytokine inhibitor. Aceclofenac works by blocking the action of a substance in the body called cyclo-oxygenase. Cyclo-oxygenase is involved in the production of prostaglandins which cause pain, swelling and inflammation. Aceclofenac is the glycolic acid ester of diclofenac.

The analgesic efficacy and safety of a single oral dose of 100 mg of aceclofenac was compared in a double-blind study with a single dose of 650 mg of paracetamol in patients with severe episiotomal pain. The statistically significant results show that the analgesic effect of aceclofenac is superior to that of paracetamol. Paracetamol can also be used in the management of more severe pain such as post-surgical pain and providing palliative care in advanced cancer patients. Though acetaminophen is used to treat inflammatory pain, it is not generally classified as an NSAID because it exhibits only weak anti-inflammatory activity. Paracetamol is used for the relief of pains associated with many parts of the body. It has analgesic properties comparable to those of aspirin, while its anti-inflammatory effects are weaker. It is better tolerated than aspirin in patients in whom excessive gastric acid secretion or prolongation of bleeding time may be a concern. The amide group is acetamide. It is an extensively conjugated system, as the lone pair on the hydroxyl oxygen, the benzene pi cloud, the nitrogen lone pair, the p orbital on the carbonyl carbon, and the lone pair on the carbonyl oxygen are all conjugated.
